This stuffing mix was fantastic! I made a leek-celery root stuffing with it, and it turned out to be my favorite Thanksgiving dish this year. There was definitely a wonderful hint of sourdough in the mix.

(I cut the amount of butter in HALF to lighten it up a little and I don't think it reduced the flavor one bit)
