Champlain Orchards Honeycrisp Apple - EcoApple Certified
Honeycrisp is a hands down favorite of many apple eaters. Juicy, extremely crisp, and so sweet-- you would think it was filled with honey.
Honeycrisp is not a good storage apple so eat these in the week you get them. Bill and his people at Champlain Orchards do such an amazing job harvesting these at peak freshness.
Storage Tips
Store in a plastic bag in the refrigerator.
Champlain Orchards, Shoreham, VT
Bill and Andrea at Champlain Orchards grow many fruits and vegetables and produce apple products. They are committed to ecological practices and are Eco-Apple certified. Due to challenges of our Northeast climate, their apples are minimally sprayed to manage pests in an integrated practice with natural methods called Integrated Pest Management (IPM).

I love these apples because they are very crisp, slightly tart and come in a bag where the apples are small enough to easily eat all at once.

If you've never tasted a honeycrisp you are in for a huge treat. They're very firm which is one of the most important qualities to some of the apple eaters in our house. And yes, they are amazingly juicy and sweet. They cook up nicely too.
