At Narragansett Creamery, cheese is made everyday because they believe in freshness. The Creamery uses local milk, kind bacteria, vegetable-based rennet, salt and nothing else. While not certified organic, they are thoughtful in actions and purchases. Narragansett supports fair-trade and local ingredients to the best of their ability and their farmers pledge to not use growth hormones.
