American Vinegar Works are a small team of dedicated craft vinegar makers. Their obsession with great vinegars led them to partner with local universities to recreate unique vinegar machines using the original designs from the 1800s. Small batch vinegars are slow fermented, barrel aged, and bottled raw by hand in an historic mill building in the heart of New England.
