Artesano makes Honey Wine (Mead), Vinegars and Tonics at thier facility in Groton, Vermont. They are dedicated to sourcing local ingredients and believe strongly in knowing where your food comes from.
They use Wildflower Honey produced in Vermont as the primary base for thier concoctions, in addition to apples from Champlain Orchards for their Cyser (an Apple and Honey Mead) and peppers from VT Pepper Works for their Daily Tonic.
