White Vermont Grown Rice

This is rice that has been fully polished; it is more delicate and stickier than the brown rice. It is short-grain rice from northern Japan, grown in the Champlain Valley of Vermont using the "duck-rice" method of integrated farming, using no synthetic pesticides or fertilizers of any kind.

Storage Tips

Store in a cool, dry, dark place
