This cider syrup is made from pure apple cider and nothing else! It has been boiled down and reduced, concentrating the sweet, tart and tangy flavors of apple cider. The flavor is similar to tamarind or pomegranate syrup, and is excellent drizzled over ice cream, used as a glaze for pork or chicken, or splashed into a Sap! soda for a bubbly apple drink.
Refrigerate after opening.
This syrup is delicious in yogurt or on ice cream.
