So easy, and so delicious. For juicy meat and crispy skin, go to your grill.
Ingredients:
8 chicken thighs
sunflower seed oil
kosher salt
ground black pepper
1 cup Sugar Bob's Smoked Maple BBQ Sauce
Prepare a hot/direct heat side and an indirect heat side of your grill.
Lightly oil the thighs, season with salt and pepper, and place them skin side down over the hot side of the grill for 4-6 minutes to get a nice sear and crispy skin.
Flip and move to the indirect heat, and grill, covered, for another 5-6 minutes.
Baste the thighs with BBQ sauce, then flip them again and cook for 2 minutes.
Repeat the process for this side of the thighs.
Flip and baste again, and continue basting and flipping until the thighs reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
If you want extra crispy skin, you can move the chicken thighs back to the direct heat side for a few minutes at the end of the cooking process.
