This is a beautiful golden paste tomato. Use as you would regular red paste tomatoes in a sauce, or chop and add to a salsa for a bright orange accent. They have more meat and less water than beefsteak and are also less acidic which makes them sweeter after cooking.
Tomatoes keep their flavor best when kept out at room temperature.
