The classic pasta, and La Vialla's version is of course perfection. Take some time to craft some meatballs, or serve with Arrabiata, or enjoy with butter, garlic and some grated gouda.
Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
Spaghetti pairs well with any sauce, but the classic would be a red sauce with beef or lamb meatballs. Or try your hand at making cacio e ova (balls made of cheese, egg, and bread, an Abruzzo region specialty). Cooking time is 12-14 minutes.
