One of the most versatile vegetables of all times, kale is highly nutritious, with green crinkled leaves. This is a flavorful and colorful blend of medium sized red and green kale.
Store in a plastic bag.
The toddler kale is a real treat because it is delicious, tender and cooks much more quickly than mature kale. We like to eat it by lightly carmelizing thinly sliced onions then adding a small splash of water and a sprinkling of sugar (mix well) and then adding in the kale and cooking until it's just tender. It was a hit among my kids who are usually not into dark, leafy greens.
