Organic Graham Flour

Coarsely milled whole wheat flour made from hard red spring wheat. Cool-milled on slow-turning granite millstones. Graham flour is a whole-wheat flour that's more coarsely ground than regular whole-wheat flour. It is what everyone's childhood favorites were originally made with and gives them their classic flavor and texture

Storage Tips

Store in a cool, dark, dry place.
While Maine Grains places a best by date on the packaging, the product will last for a lot longer if stored in a cool dark environment (freezer is best).
