Organic Broccoli Rabe

Broccoli rabe, or rapini, is a nourishing, slightly bitter green cruciferous vegetable commonly used in Mediterranean cuisine. Quickly blanch it, then saute with garlic and red chili flakes for a wonderful accompaniment to fish or gilled meats. Flowers are edible and not a sign of late harvesting.
