Excellent lettuce. Stays fresh longer than most lettuces, color is radiant and fresh tasting. Excellent as salads, wraps, and spring roll filling.
I buy this every week that it's available. Always fresh and in good shape.
Lasts a good week in the fridge if prepared properly. Cut the root off, keeping the leaves whole. Wash the leaves, let dry, then store in a ziplock with paper towel in the fridge. Leave the bag just a little bit open to let air in and keep it from getting too damp (personally I use a vented veggie container).
This lettuce is just amazing. Incredible flavor, texture, color. I can feel my whole body being nourished by its goodness!
