Amy and Earl at Strafford Organic Creamery produce their milk and Ice Cream with utmost care. They milk between 45 and 60 Guernsey Cows, grow most all their feed, bottle their milk in heavy glass, and deliver it to local stores in Vermont. They insist on keeping their operation small so they can assure the best quality through the use of sustainable practices such as rotational grazing. At this point in time, they are the only private bottlers of organic milk in Vermont. This whole milk is a full fat milk.
Remove ice cream from freezer about 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

This is hands down the best strawberry ice cream I've ever had. The strawberry flavor comes through perfectly and everything about this ice cream is top notch. IN LOVE!
After eating, and loving, many pints of Strafford Organic Creamery's chocolate ice cream, I was excited about my favorite flavor (strawberry) being available. The strawberry ice cream is not "strawberry" ice cream, rather it is ice milk with sparse strawberry chunks in it. I was very disappointed to find 2 small and 1 medium frozen crystallized strawberries in my first pint, which is a real let down as I purchased 3 to hold me over until the next order. This is not a good day, I am very sad. I really wanted strawberry ice cream.
I gave 2 carrots because the texture and packaging were acceptable, but that's about it.
This review is for the Strawberry flavor. This flavor would be more accurately described as vanilla ice cream with little bits of strawberry here and there. As such it was delicious and creamy and complimented my homemade blueberry sorbet very well; but I wouldn't really call it strawberry ice cream as there was very little fruit in it and we couldn't really taste the strawberries.

I agree with a previous reviewer that I am glad this ice cream does not come in bigger containers - I am already going through one container per week. I am generally not a huge ice cream fan, it is normally too heavy and too sweet for my taste, but this ice cream is amazingly creamy but light and not too sweet. Absolutely awesome!!
Awesome! It's a good thing it doesn't come in larger sizes--it would be too tempting to last very long.

I love this stuff! It's totally different from any coffee ice cream I've ever tasted. It's got amazing coffee flavor, it's not too sweet, and it's fantastically creamy.
