This hummus is really excellent -- so creamy, smooth and really delicious. I"m not a huge hummus fan, but this one is a game changer. Great snack with the Brewers Crackers Sea Salt Pita Chips, and also great on a veggie sandwich.
This hummus stands out for it's terrific flavor and freshness. I always thought hummus didn't keep well, but now I know it's because it isn't fresh. This one is and although still perishable, tastes good for a week or more. It even beats the hummus I get from the local Middle Eastern grab and go restaurant in the mall near our place.
