I ordered these groats when steel cut oats weren't available. These are the grain that gets cut to make steel cut. They are nutty, chewy and delicious. I cook them in my pressure cooker for 18 minutes and then let them sit for another 20 minutes or so. Add your favorite toppings and, if you are like me, you will never look back :)
