This batch of soy sauce was brewed using fresh local organic ginger. The full punch of ginger is subdued into tart, fruity, ponzu-like brightness with a hint of roasted lemon all wrapped in the beautiful umami of Moromi soy sauce. Pair it with rich meats like lamb, goat, and seared wagyu beef from Almanack Farm. Also wonderful as a finishing touch drizzled on roasted, sautéed, or grilled vegetables.
