Last Resort has been growing ginger for over 10 years. Cultivation of this tropical plant in Vermont is tricky, but they love the challenge. To become fully mature ginger requires at least 8 to 10 months in the soil which Vermont's harsh climate does not allow. Instead they harvest the "baby ginger" early. Baby Ginger is a beautiful collage of beige, pink and yellow and has a juicy floral flavor.
I obviously didn't read the description carefully enough but could not believe when I received this and it was only one can! It was good but I'd say a little overpriced.
