I really love empanadas and was reluctant to try frozen ones. Am I glad I did! These are really really tasty. I decided to use my convection over and cooked them for 40 minutes. Twenty minutes and then I turned them over. They came out perfect. Golden brown and deliciously gooey. Don’t hesitate to try this.
