Ingredients
Fresh pasta: durum semolina flour, soft wheat "00" flour (may contain soy), eggs (whole eggs, citric acid), water.
Filling: ricotta cheese (sweet whey, whole milk, sweet cream, culture, vinegar and salt), spinach, extra virgin olive oil, parmigiano reggiano (milk, rennet, salt).
Storage Tips
For best results take straight from the freezer to the pot.
