Momos are the Nepalese versions of dumplings, a traditional comfort food often made for special gatherings. In these pork momos, a flavorful ground pork and vegetable filling is wrapped in a striking pink flour dough.
Keep frozen, or eat within one week of thawing.
These frozen momos come pre-cooked so they can just be reheated in a microwave for 3-4 minutes or pan fried for 4- 5 minutes, flipping top and bottom until light brown. They come with momo sauce (Himalayan Style Hot Sauce) that is a perfect pairing.
