This is a bundle of 'Phenomenal' lavender; a highly fragrant, non-culinary variety used for bouquets and crafting. Grown without any pesticides on Green Mountain Lavender's hilltop lavender farm in Springfield, Vermont, and harvested by hand at its fragrant peak. Each bundle contains approximately 70 stems and, if drying for future use, should be hung upside down away from sunlight or excessive moisture to dry. Fresh and green lavender can also be used in a variety of weaving or craft applications or divided into smaller bundles. Once dry, display or harvest the buds for sachets. Dried lavender remains fragrant for years and you can crush the buds to revive the scent.
The fresh lavender season is a short 3 weeks in July.
