Onions are caramelized in brown butter, then blended with Trenchers own farm grown turnips. Organic Tito's Vodka is used to deglaze the pan and lighten the sauce, which is then finished off with cream and farm grown herbs.
Toss with your favorite pasta shape or roasted veggies and Buon Appetito!

I'm used to the Vodka sauces that have tomato cream in them. This does not, so it's even subler. But it's rich and tasty, with those subler flavors revealing themselves. I bought it with the pasta the same company was offering, and tossed in sautéed ground turkey from Misty Knoll. A great entree, but certainly not inexpensive. (I remember the day when having a meal was a way to save money - pasta, sauce, and ground beef.). Not an economy dinner here, but really good.
