These old fashioned varieties of corn are sweet, creamy and juicy and harvested before their sugars start to turn to starch. Both David from River Berry Farm and George from Dog River Farm grow amazing sweet corn. Sweet corn is best fresh, so enjoy within a couple of days of harvest for the sweetest flavor.
