Whole family loves these much more than typical cheese curds from supermarket. Fresh, great texture and just moist enough. Spoil quickly however so must eat within a week.
These cheese curds are very good. I like to snack on them instead of string cheese because they have a similar texture. I wish they were a little more moist & a tiny bit more flavorful, but those criticisms are really only because the quality of the other Farmers To You cheese products are so high. They do go bad quickly so best to eat them in the first 3 days or so.
