These carrots are crunchy and incredibly sweet. We consider these 'juice carrots' as they are cosmetically imperfect. They may be small, broken, or misshapen, but they taste just as delicious. And sometimes a funny little carrot character with 3 legs is just what the lunchbox needs!
Store in a plastic bag in the refrigerator. Store separately from apples, pears, potatoes and other fruits and vegetables that emit ethylene gas as their sweetness will be compromised.
