This is a hearty loaf that is Red Hen's take on the country loaves of Europe. Full flavored, yet not too dense, this bread is especially good with sharp cheeses. We don't tend to eat much bread in our house anymore, but this bread is our new favorite. So good straight out of the bag and even better toasted. We made the most amazing avocado toast with it yesterday. Love it.
