Alehouse Cheddar Crackers

A very flavorful combination of ingredients: alehouse cheddar (using Vermont Farmstead Cheese) with horseradish mustard. These beautiful artisanal crackers are based on an 1800's recipe by Josiah Bent from Massachusetts who wanted to make a lighter and thinner version of Hardtack- a soldiers' and seafarers' staple. They are all natural and GMO free and are mixed, rolled, baked and cracked by hand to create a beautiful, rustic looking cracker.
