A 20-minute masterpiece, especially when using our wild-caught Alaskan salmon.
Preheat oven to 400 and oil or line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Mix:
4 cloves thinly sliced or minced garlic
1.5T olive oil
salt and red chili flakes to taste
3 bunches broccolini
Arrange the broccolini on the outer edges of the sheet pan.
Place 2-4 half-pound salmon filets skin side down in the middle of the sheet pan.
Drizzle with a little olive oil and season with salt and 1t Turmeric Blend.
Roast for 15-20 minutes, depending on the size of your filets, until the salmon is flaky.
