A 20-minute masterpiece, especially when using our wild-caught Alaskan salmon.
Ingrendients:
4 cloves thinly sliced or minced garlic
1.5T olive oil
salt and red chili flakes, to taste
3 bunches broccolini
2 - 4 salmon filets
1 t Turmeric Blend
Preheat oven to 400 and oil or line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Mix the garlic, oil, salt, pepper together and then toss with the broccolini.
Arrange the broccolini on the outer edges of the sheet pan.
Place the salmon skin side down in the middle of the sheet pan.
Drizzle with a little olive oil and season with salt and Turmeric Blend.
Roast for 15-20 minutes, depending on the size of your filets, until the salmon is flaky.
