Easy Weeknight: Creamy Tomato Gnocchi

A delicious dinner in under 10 minutes.
Put a pot of water on to boil.
In another pan, warm some olive oil.
Add 3 cloves of thinly sliced green garlic to the oil, some salt and red chili flakes, and plenty of oregano.
Let the garlic warm, then add a container of roughly chopped Little Guys.
Cover the pan, and allow them to simmer and break down.
Cook the gnocchi according to the directions - they really only need to boil for a few minutes.
Once the tomatoes have released their juices, add 1/4 cup of cream cheese and 1/4 cup of the gnocchi cooking water. Coax the cream cheese into mixing with the water and tomatoes until you have a creamy sauce. Add more of the gnocchi water if it's too thick. 
Add a few torn basil leaves and gently mix in the drained gnocchi.
Serve with grated gouda for an extra cheesy punch.
