Lucas Lundell began experimenting with making cold brew while at UVM and found that his various attempts were extremely popular. Snowcap grew organically from those small beginnings, and is now stocked throughout Vermont and sold in ready-to-drink cans rather than concentrate.
Beans are sourced organically by 802 Coffee Co and pure Vermont maple syrup is the only sweetener used.
