In 2014, Chelsea was diagnosed with Crohn's disease, which severely restricted what she was able to eat. After years of trial and error, she found the perfect combination of foods that significantly improved her quality of life, and could once again enjoy family favorites like chocolate chip cookies. She and her sister, Emily, then worked to create recipes that also honor Emily's vegan diet, and the idea of producing baking mixes was born.
As a Registered Dietitian, Chelsea wants to help people discover that dietary changes aren’t as scary as they seem, and that no matter what, there are so many delicious foods to enjoy.
