Crossmolina Farm is a highly diversified, family run farm located in West Corinth, Vermont. They raise a wide variety of vegetables using intensive, market gardening techniques. They also raise pastured lamb, pork, beef, poultry and laying hens. While they are not a certified organic farm, they use organic and sustainable growing and animal husbandry practices and no synthetic fertilizer or pesticides. Their flock of laying hens spend the summer on our lush pasture - helping them fertilize the fields and creating that deep yellow color and fresh flavor that is a farm fresh egg! Their pigs are a Duroc and Hampshire cross and live in pasture in the summer and in warm, cozy pig huts in the winter. They are fed local grain and vegetables from the farm and have incredible flavor and marbling.
