The Garlic Company of Vermont is a small family farm in Barre Town in Central Vermont. This farm started as a hobby growing garlic and veggies, as well as tending to others' gardens through their lawn and landscape business. One of their longtime customers began encouraging them to explore the idea of starting a farm that specializes in garlic. Now 6 years later, Sean and family grow 5 varieties of hardneck garlic and Saffron! They use only natural and organic processes on their farm, and planting and harvesting are both done by hand. No chemical fertilizers or pest control is ever used. Visitors are always welcome!
