Wild Branch Foods was founded in 2009 in Craftsbury, Vermont, as a collective of growers and producers of healthy, nutrient dense foods. Wild Branch started by infusing maple syrups with mushrooms and herbs and has since gone on to add elderberry syrup to their repertoire. In 2012, Wild Branch Foods moved to the Champlain Valley, producing the bulk of their products at the Hub on the Hill in Essex, New York. The farm partners of Wild Branch Foods are local to Vermont or the Champlain Valley, and any ingredients that have to be sourced from farther afield, such as ginger, are sourced from certified organic producers to ensure the highest quality ingredients.
