Husband and wife team Bruce Hennessey and Beth Whiting are former educators who began farming in 1999. They raise 100% grassfed and finished beef, non-GMO heritage pork, non-GMO broiler chickens and layer hens, certified organic turkeys, and organic vegetables on three beautiful farms in Huntington, Bolton and Richmond, Vermont spanning 450 acres of woodland and pasture.
Bruce and Beth are strong supporters of alternative energy sources and are dedicated to ecological farming by fostering collaborative systems between animal pasturing and vegetable production. Both are passionate about farm and food education and love sharing farming with their two children.
