Maple Wind Farm was started by husband and wife team Bruce Hennessey and Beth Whiting in 1999. For 25 years they have been raising 100% grassfed and finished beef, non-GMO pork, non-GMO broiler chickens, layer hens, and turkeys on farms in Bolton and Richmond, Vermont spanning over 250 acres of woodland and pasture. They host monthly fried chicken dinners and other events throughout the year. Maple Wind has a small USDA poultry processing facility on site as well as a self-serve on farm market featuring their meats, eggs and other carefully curated local products.
Bruce and Beth and their farm team are dedicated to the health and welfare of their community by raising the highest quality products and regenerating water and soil resources.
