Sriracha Windsordale

Aged VT Wensleydale with everyone favorite hot sauce sauce. Crumbly texture; hot, tangy and a touch of sweetness. Try topping your next grilled chicken with some!

Ingredients
Raw whole milk, VT maple sriracha sauce (fresno peppers, apple cider vinegar, VT pure maple sugar, garlic, VT pure maple syrup, kosher salt), salt, enzymes, select cultures.

Storage Tips

Once opened, re-wrap cheese in waxed paper and seal in a plastic bag. Cheese should keep for a couple of weeks after opening, but if mold forms simply cut it off.
