This is large leaf spinach from Riverberry Farm. Remove the stems and enjoy cooked in your favorite recipe. It is fully washed but as with all spinach - an extra washing is advised to get out the last of the grit from all the wrinkles and folds.
Store in a plastic bag in the refrigerator.
These are beautiful and nutrient rich greens. Growing in mineral rich soil is the secret to high nutrient content and fantastic flavor.
