These hand worked maple cutting boards are from wood logged by horses in Central Vermont. Kiln dried and then sized based on "what the wood tells us". They are one solid piece of Vermont maple; sourced, logged and dried within a 20 mile radius. Each board is unique, with variable colors, shades and markings.
