IT"S LETTUCE SEASON !!!! And it's starting so much earlier than I expected. I ripped off a leaf because I had to know if it was good. The spinach has been decidedly winter spinach, which means it's got a little more character than normal spinach. But I digress, the lettuce was delicious and you can tell by where it's cut that it's very fresh.
