Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter
2 cloves finely minced garlic
1/2 t ground ginger (or grated fresh)
3 T maple syrup (or use ginger honey)
6 T soy sauce
4 T rice wine vinegar
1 - 2 t sriracha or your favorite hot sauce
3 - 7 T hot water
Whisk together all of the ingredients except the just-boiled water.
When you have a smooth paste, gradually whisk in water until you have the cinsistency you like.
Enjoy with chicken, noodles, summer rolls, tofu, momos, stri fry, or whatever your heart desires!
