Chai Honey Infusion

Use this infusion to add some subtle chai flavor to your tea. Take 1-3 spoonfuls of chai infusion, mix in with milk & simmer at least 20 minutes. This will not produce the strong chai flavor that would be produced from a tea blend, but it will add the rich, warming flavors of cinnamon, allspice, ginger and more to your beverages and culinary creations.

Storage Tips

Store it on the shelf and keep dry. It does not need to be refrigerated. The longer it sits, the stronger the infusion will be (which is good). Crystallization is normal as all infusions are made with Raw Honey. To liquefy, just put the jar in a sunny window or sit it in warm water (with the lid on).

A scant spoonful in a cup of tea, add a splash of milk and instant, warming chai! We're big on our warm beverages in our house and this honey is a fantastic addition to our pantry.
