This cheese bears the classical profile for New England cheddar: buttery notes with a bold, sharp tang and a long, nutty finish. No synthetic growth hormones, chemical preservatives or additives.
Store in the refrigerator. Once opened, re-wrap cheese in waxed paper. Cheese should keep for weeks after opening, but if mold forms simply cut it off, the rest is safe to eat.
Made with raw Jersey milk and rennet that is non-animal based and vegetarian approved.
