Moromi grew some beautiful Korean Gochu peppers and incorporated them into a limited release Chili Moromi Sauce. This sauce has been aged for two seasons in a white American oak barrel. The flavor profile is sweet, salty, and tart with mushroom and kimchi notes while delivering a pleasant, mild heat. Moromi's slow aging process results in a perfectly balanced seasoning that complements sautéed or roasted winter root veggies and braised meats and stews. Toss with some fresh, sliced Napa cabbage for a quick and exciting side dish.
