Frozen Aronia Berries

10 oz. bag
$10.69

Aronia berries pack in more nutrients and antioxidants than either blueberries or elderberries. Raw, they can be slightly astringent, but cooking or mixing with other fruits helps bring out their wild grape flavor. They are native New England fruit, also known as the chokeberry.

Storage Tips

Store in a plastic bag in the freezer until ready to use.

These are tart and i must blend them with other fruit

I like to put these in my yoghurt and find that I must combine them as they are too tart on their own for my taste buds. I love the nutritional+ elements of these

Delicious in oatmeal!

I have been loving aronia berries cooked up in the pot while making oatmeal. I have been soaking oats overnight and in the morning cook them with a bit of butter or ghee and the aronia berries. Add a milk and sweetener of your choice and you have a delicious and nutritious breakfast!

Obsessed with these, and i think they fixed my cytokine panel

I've been eating these near-daily in vegan yogurt for months now, because yes. But I just got my quarterly cytokine panel back- a blood test that helps me monitor my inflammation and immune dysfunction- and ALL my historically wildly busted inflammatory markers are NORMAL. This is C R A Z Y, guys. I'm reading all the NIH.gov papers now on aronia's anti-inflammatory and other compounds, and wow. KEEP THESE COMING!!!
