Also known as Borlotti Beans, these gorgeous speckled, shelled beans are a great replacement for pinto beans and are well loved in Italian and Portuguese cooking. They are nutty in flavor and creamy in texture once cooked.
Store in dry storage, in a plastic bag or glass jar.
