This might be my favorite chocolate bar ever! (Edging out Equal Exchange's 65% dark).
It's very smooth and sweet for such a dark chocolate. The texture reminds me of Taza's bars - it isn't perfectly smooth and hard like most store-bought chocolate - but this has a softer snap to it than Taza. Probably because of the honey!
