This is a variation on a classic Queso Fresco. The addition of mildly hot peppers mixed into this super creamy cheese is absolutely delicious! Mildly spicy and delicious melted, or on its own. pasteurized organic part skim milk, sweet piquante and jalapeno peppers, salt, culture, enzymes (non-GMO vegetable rennet)
