These carrots are crunchy and incredibly sweet. We consider these 'juice carrots' as they are cosmetically challenged, and may be small, broken, or mis-shapen, but they taste just as good!
Store in a plastic bag in the refrigerator. Store separately from apples, pears, potatoes and other fruits and vegetables that emit ethylene gas as their sweetness will be compromised.
When we talk about flavor being a sign of nutritional quality - these carrots say it all, it is all about how the soil is tended, a testament to good farming practices as well as the land available.

Flavor is good and the carrots aren't really that ugly. Be aware though that you are getting 5 lbs. of carrots, not the usual 2lbs.
